PERSONALISED PROGRAMMING
When going it alone, we always recommend touching base with our trainers to help correct your technique or make necessary bio-mechanical adjustment to suit your unique body structure. They’re also at and to revise or change programs before you commence them.

COMPETITION PREPARATION
Our affiliation and support of PCA Australia allows our members and clients direct and quick access to experienced competition coaches and competition preparation experts. We offer competition preparation services to members and athletes from any gym or fitness club throughout Australia.
